Lynn Hazel - British Wildlife Sculptor
Lynn Hazel – British Wildlife Sculptor produces a variety of animals. Her ‘stunning’ pieces are hand built from stoneware clays, coloured with oxides and underglazes and fired to stoneware temperatures, all work is inspired by her fascination and love of the natural world.
Lynn’s sculptures are based from direct observation and secondary source material to help capture the essence of the creature she’s portraying. As well as exhibiting her sculptures Lynn also works on commissions, the most memorable one was a Lapwing, presented to Dr Arthur Edward Smith CBE MA by his lifelong friend Sir David Attenborough.
